It's been a long time coming… but I've finally done it! Olive Tree Photography has had a little makeover, and for the first time, I feel like my brand truly represents ME.
The colours, the style, the personality, the little touches of luxury… everything I've been trying to bring together for years has finally fallen into place.
And I am absolutely in LOVE!
Where It All Began
Olive Tree Photography was born many years ago as a little play on my Italian heritage and my surname, Oliver.
Olive trees have always felt timeless, beautiful and meaningful to me. The name stuck, and honestly, I couldn't imagine my photography business being called anything else.
But while I loved the name, I could never quite get the branding right.
Over the years, I've played with different colours, logos, designs and styles. Some I loved, some I didn't, and some were almost there… but nothing ever felt completely cohesive.
There was always something missing.
It never quite felt like ME.
Fast Forward to Now…
After taking some time away from photography, I decided it was finally time to give Olive Tree Photography the love and attention it deserved.
And with a little help from ChatGPT (yes, even photographers are embracing AI!), I started digging into what I actually wanted my brand to represent.
Not just what looked pretty or what was trending, but who I am as a photographer and what genuinely makes me happy.
I wanted to keep the classic elements of Olive Tree Photography while bringing in more of my personality.
And what does that look like?
Greens and purples. Olive branches and lavender. Soft watercolours, beautiful gold accents and just the right amount of bougie!
A little earthy, a little romantic, a little luxurious and a whole lot of ME.
I wanted something that felt warm and welcoming, yet elegant and timeless. Something that could grow with me and represent all the different types of photography I love creating.
And finally, it all came together.
Two Brands, One Photographer… and a LOT of Social Media Accounts!
Now, as some of you already know, Olive Tree Photography isn't my only photography business.
I also have a separate boudoir brand, Sacred Goddess Boudoir.
For years, I deliberately kept the two businesses separate. Boudoir photography isn't everyone's cup of tea, and I completely understand that. I wanted my family, maternity, newborn and wedding photography to have its own space, while Sacred Goddess could be a little more intimate, sensual and daring.
But somewhere along the way, I ended up running two completely separate businesses.
Two websites (albeit not particularly well!), two email addresses, two sets of branding and FOUR social media accounts if we're counting Facebook and Instagram for both!
And quite frankly, it was exhausting.
Trying to keep everything updated, consistent and active while juggling life and everything else was becoming a bit ridiculous.
Not to mention, the two brands looked and felt completely different.
Yet behind both businesses was the same person. The same photographer, the same creativity and the same passion for capturing beautiful, meaningful moments.
Something needed to change.
And so, Sacred Goddess Boudoir by Olive Tree Photography has been born!
Rather than trying to maintain two completely disconnected businesses, I've decided to bring them together under one cohesive identity.
Sacred Goddess Boudoir will still have its own personality. It will still be sensual, empowering, feminine and just a little bit daring.
But now, it will sit proudly alongside Olive Tree Photography, sharing the same beautiful colours, complementary branding and, most importantly, the same heart behind the camera.
I can finally embrace both sides of my photography without feeling like I need to keep them completely separate.
And I love that!
Olive Tree Photography will continue to capture all those beautiful moments: families, maternity, newborns, couples, weddings and everything in between.
Sacred Goddess Boudoir will remain a dedicated space for celebrating confidence, femininity, sensuality and empowerment.
Two different photography experiences, beautifully connected.
A Fresh Look, but the Same Love Behind the Camera
While the branding might look a little different, the things that matter most haven't changed.
I still love capturing genuine connections, beautiful light, raw emotions and all those little moments that tell your story.
I still want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and completely yourself in front of my camera.
And I still believe that photographs should be so much more than just pretty pictures. They should make you FEEL something.
This rebrand isn't about becoming a different photographer. It's about finally creating a brand that reflects the photographer I've always been.
And maybe adding a little more lavender, gold and bougie goodness along the way!

Well, this is just the beginning!
Over the coming weeks, you'll start seeing the new Olive Tree Photography branding making its way across my website, social media and everything in between.
I'm so excited to finally have a cohesive look that brings together everything I love, and I can't wait to share more of it with you.
